1. Dirígete a la torre Geffen en el medio de Geffen y dirígete al último piso para hablar con el asistente del gremio de magos.
2. Los Mage que estén entre los niveles de Job 40 y 49 deberán recolectar elementos de uno de los siguientes conjuntos:

4. Para continuar, habla con Gloomy Wizard en la esquina de la habitación, quien te teletransportará a una sala de espera. Cuando esté listo, ingrese a la sala de chat para esperar su turno para realizar la prueba. Solo un jugador puede estar en esta parte de la prueba al mismo tiempo.
5. El siguiente paso requiere luchar a través de 3 salas de monstruos. Los participantes tienen 3 minutos para despejar cada habitación. Si muere o se queda sin tiempo, fallará y tendrá que volver a tomar la prueba.
Nota: Si no puedes aprobar esta parte de la prueba, puede omitir la prueba si llega al jefe de la sala de agua y falla cinco veces. Una vez hecho esto, entregue a Gloomy Wizard un Worn Out Scroll para pasar automáticamente.
